Gluten Free Dinner at JaxKitchen


Join the Southern Arizona Celiac Support Group for a Gluten Free Dinner on Friday, Juy 30 starting at 5:00pm.  We always start with a Happy Hour from 5pm – 6pm and then order Dinner around 6pm.  Happy Hour is optional, but a good chance to visit with everyone. For more information follow this link.  You don’t have to be a member of SAZCS to attend and the entire family is invited to join us including those who can eat gluten as well. Invitation to Picazzo’s this Friday Night

It’s Gluten Free Paradise this Friday night at Picazzo’s Organic Italian Kitchen. You are invited to  join the Southern Arizona Celiac Support group starting at 5pm for Happy Hour.   We’ll be ordering dinner around 6pm.  If you haven’t been there yet, Picazzo’s is pretty well known around the state for their gluten free menu items, especially their pizza, because they make their own pizza dough from scratch. Gluten Free Friday at Rusty’s

Everyone is invited to join the SAZCSG Lunch Bunch this Friday at Rusty’s Family Restaurant & Sports Grille, 2075 W Grant Road, Tucson, AZ 85745. Rusty’s is located just West of Silverbell on the South side of the street. Lunch is at noon. Please RSVP to Eileen at 888-2935 if you would like to join us. Spouses and friends are welcome to join us as well.  We won’t make fun of them if they eat a big hamburger with a bun. OK, maybe just a little, but we have never physically hurt anyone…yet!

Lunch Bunch this Friday at Sir Veza’s

The Southern Arizona Celiac Support Group is have their monthly Lunch Bunch at Sir Veza’s Taco Garage. You are invited to attend the lunch this Friday, April 9 starting around Noon.  If you are not a member of SACS, this would be an excellent opportunity for you to find out more about the group, and enjoy a Gluten Free Lunch with a whole bunch of other people who share the same challenges as you.  It’s always fun as we share stories, recipes and all kinds of news.

Sir Veza’s Taco Garage, owned by the El Charro group is a fun new Mexican restaurant in the heart of Tucson on the corner of Speedway and Swan. They have a some very familiar menu items as well as a few with a unique new twist.

The staff at Sir Veza’s is well educated on their Gluten Free items. They have a nice selection to order from. Remember, this is not a Gluten Free kitchen, but they do have a separate fryer for GF and they take great care in preventing cross contamination. Come join Colleen this Friday for a great time and some really good GF food.
