Part of the reason for changing our name was the confusion of where we were because of our name and we are trying to clean up the remaining online pieces. We feel in order to best inform diners of where to find us and to know what we really are about is to distinguish our restaurant as Renee's Organic Oven. I am the original owner/operator of both Eclectic Pizza and Renee's and nothing is any different in that area. This was change needed to best describe what we do and to eliminate confusion with Eclectic Cafe, we have always been two completely separate companies and being so close in distance and name led to much confusion, We are still friendly neighbors and all is well :) Renee's Organic Oven hosted a walk through with Southern Arizona Celiac group and our procedure was approved by them and they were very happy with our measure of care and caution. We actually have a dedicated area where all GF items are prepared with gloved hands and gluten free items are cooked on raised GF stones within our oven. Our GF crust comes to us from Dad's Gluten Free and it is FREE OF gluten, soy, eggs, casein, dairy, nuts and corn. This is extremely well received by people with many dietary needs and restrictions. We are so happy we started this commitment over 4 years ago, it is a growing portion of our diners and menu items too!
