Gourmet Girls Gluten Free Bakery and Bistro is now open for business! The all gluten-free bakery/bistro is located at 5845 N Oracle Road (just south of Rudasill). For questions, please call (520) 408-9000

Would you like to indulge yourself in some delicious and gluten free baked goods?

That’s exactly what you will get if you sample Gourmet Girls Go Gluten Free‘s gluten-free muffins, bagels, breads, sweet breads, or cookies! In fact, one of our website visitors described Gourmet Girls Go Gluten Free baked goods as “unbelievably yummy!!!”


I met the gourmet girls a while back at the St. Phillips Farmers Market, and they were fantastic, friendly, and their baked goods are amazing! You can sample the gluten-free goodness and meet the gourmet girls, Mary and Susan, at their new bakery/bistro (details above) or on Sundays from 9AM to 1PM, at the St. Philip’s Plaza Marketing Place (SE corner of River and Campbell).

In addition to the products they usually offer, they take special orders. So if you have a special event and need a gluten free pie or a birthday cake, the gourmet girls are your girls!

Renee’s Organic Oven

Craving Pizza? I have just the place for you! Renee’s Organic Oven offers an amazing gluten-free menu.

By the way, Renee’s Organic Oven hosted a walk through with Southern Arizona Celiac Support Group (SACS). SACS approved Renee’s procedure and they were very happy with their measure of care and caution.

Renee’s actually has a dedicated area where all gluten-free items are prepared with gloved hands and gluten free items are cooked on raised GF stones. The gluten-free crust comes from Dad’s Gluten Free and is FREE of gluten, soy, eggs, casein, dairy, nuts, and corn.


Renee Kreager (Renee’s Organic Oven owner and operator) reports, “[the gluten free crust] is extremely well received by people with many dietary needs and restrictions. We are so happy we started this commitment over 4 years ago, it is a growing portion of our diners and menu items too!”

Create Cafe & Catering

We are very pleased to announce this news hot off the grill…

Create Cafe & Catering is introducing a new gluten free menu on Monday, April 11, 2011.

The new menu will include over 30 gluten free items from salmon burgers with tzatziki served on a gluten free bun to curry chicken salad with roasted pepper walnuts on brown rice tortilla.

Yummers!

To celebrate this, every Monday through the Summer 2011, Create Cafe & Catering will be offering free fountain beverages with any gluten free meal and $2 Ace Pear Cider gluten free beer.

La Cocina Restaurant and Cantina

Located in the heart of downtown Tucson, La Cocina Restaurant and Cantina at Old Town Artisans offers a new explicitly-labeled gluten-free menu. Preview La Cocina Restaurant and Cantina menu.

Big Skye Bakers is based in Tucson and they use all-natural mesquite flour, which they harvest from the native mesquite tree, and they offer gluten-free products and big pies special order.

Zona 78 Italian Kitchen

Bamboo Club Asian Bistro – Updated

The Melting Pot

Although I have not personally been, I only hear amazing things about The Melting Pot. Well, here is another amazing thing about The Melting Pot… they now offer a gluten-free menu!

Recently, the owner informed GlutenFreeTucson.com that The Melting Pot has recently revamped its menu, such that they can make almost any cheese, salad, entree, or dessert gluten-free. You can preview/download the Melting Pot’s gluten free menu.
