“Hot Flash” Green and Red Chile Paste

Hot Flash Roased Green Chile PasteHot Flash Chile Products packs the flavors of the Southwest in two delicious pastes – red chile and roasted green chile pastes! And, of course, they are gluten-free!

I have had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Celia Riddle, and tasting both the red chile and roasted green chile paste. Both flavors are a-m-a-z-i-n-g!

I particularly love the roasted green chile flavor. I am convinced you can add them on anything. So far, I have tried them with crackers, corn chips, baked potatoes, and on scrambled eggs.

You can also use as a topper on eggs, burgers, sandwiches, incorporate into stews, soups, marinades, marinaras, stir fry… It would be fair to say that you are only limited by your culinary imagination. Visit Hot Flash Chile’s website for more serving suggestions and great recipes.

You can find Hot Flash Chile Products at Maynards Market, Tucson Tamale Company, Desert Museum, Tohono Chul Park, and several other Tucson shops.

If you own a retail store or restaurant, learn how you can offer Hot Flash Chile Products in your retail store or restaurant.
